They have concealed hinges at the bottom which allow the top to tilt inwards. Bottom Hung windows can be left open for ventilation during light rain showers. These windows can be opened with a latch, or a handle that features multi-point locking for added security and excellent weather sealing.

Tilt & Turn windows give you the option to control your environment with precision. It is essentially 3 window types embedded in one fixed window. In casement window and top hung window the tilt function allows for top ventilation easily enabling hot air to quickly escape through the top portion of the window. This also cuts back on allowing strong breeze into the room. The turn function however creates ample air flow & movement for maximum ventilation.

Bay windows are a combination of three or more windows which angle out beyond an exterior wall in a square, hexagonal or octagonal shape. Because they angle out beyond the exterior wall, this creates a compartment.
